Question 1

Is the demo really free? Any credit card required?

Accepted Answer

100% free, no credit card, no commitment. We do a 20–30 minute personalized walkthrough on WhatsApp video or Zoom — your choice.

Question 2

What happens in the free demo?

Accepted Answer

We pre-configure Stack Flow with sample products from your industry, then walk you through billing, inventory, reports, and any specific feature you ask about. Bring your toughest questions.

Question 3

How quickly can I get a demo slot?

Accepted Answer

Most demos are scheduled within 24 hours. After you submit the form you can pick a calendar slot in one click on the thank-you page.

Question 4

Can I invite my team to the demo?

Accepted Answer

Yes — share the calendar invite with your cashiers, accountant, or partner. We recommend having the decision-maker on the call.

Question 5

Does Stack Flow really work without internet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The full POS — billing, inventory updates, and receipt printing — runs 100% offline. Bijli ya net jaye, billing nahi rukti.

Question 6

What happens to my data when I'm offline?

Accepted Answer

Every sale, return, and stock change is saved locally and queued. The moment your internet comes back, everything auto-syncs to the cloud in seconds — no manual upload.

Question 7

Can I run reports while offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Daily sales, item-wise profit, and stock reports all work offline. Cloud-synced reports refresh the moment your internet is back.

Question 8

How long can I stay offline?

Accepted Answer

Indefinitely. Shops in load-shedding areas run for days without internet — no lost transactions.

Question 9

How much does Stack Flow cost?

Accepted Answer

Plans start at PKR 3,500/month for single-shop owners. Wholesale and enterprise plans are quoted based on your users and volume — there are no hidden per-transaction fees, ever.

Question 10

Are there any setup or hidden charges?

Accepted Answer

No setup fee, no per-receipt fee, no per-user surprise charges. The monthly price you see is the price you pay. Hardware (if you need it) is quoted separately and at cost.

Question 11

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — no lock-in contract. You keep full access until the end of your billing month and can export your data.

Question 12

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pay yearly and get up to 2 months free. NGOs, startups, and long-term customers qualify for additional discounts. Ask during your free demo.
